1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the TACOA Institute public website, applicant services and TACOA learning-management system.

2. Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials private and use only the access assigned to them. Account sharing, impersonation and attempts to bypass course or document access controls are prohibited.

3. Admissions and programme information

Programme information, fees, schedules and requirements may be updated through official TACOA publications and notices. Admission remains subject to verification of submitted information and satisfaction of programme and payment requirements.

4. Learning and academic conduct

Students are expected to follow academic calendars, complete required learning and assessment activities, observe academic integrity, respect confidentiality, and comply with field-placement/workplace requirements where applicable.

5. Fees, refunds and financial records

Applicable fees, payment plans, refunds, reversals and related conditions are governed by the current TACOA fee and refund information communicated through official channels. Payment records and official receipts must not be altered or misrepresented.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Course materials and institutional documents may be used only for authorised learning or institutional purposes unless another licence is stated. Users must not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content or attempt to disrupt TACOA systems.

7. Service availability

TACOA may perform maintenance, security updates or service changes. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the TACOA Privacy Policy and applicable institutional requirements.

9. Changes and questions
