Programme Overview
The Business Operations Assistant programme prepares learners with practical skills to support daily business operations in offices, SMEs, NGOs, and institutions. Graduates assist in administration, customer service, records management, basic accounting, procurement support, and ICT-based office operations.
The Business Operations Assistant (BOA) course is designed to equip students with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to support the smooth running of day-to-day business operations. This course prepares individuals for a variety of roles within organizations, focusing on administrative tasks, customer service, office management, and operational efficiency. Students will gain hands-on experience in handling business correspondence, managing schedules, assisting with project management, and understanding key business processes.
Participants will learn how to assist in coordinating operations across various departments, ensuring organizational goals are met, and improving workflow efficiency. The course emphasizes the importance of multitasking, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills in a business setting.
